Lamartine Fires & Fireplaces have researched and tested many types of Kiln Dried logs at our premises on Lower Ballymount Road before deciding to offer it for sale from our showroom. Our Kiln dried logs are currently our best selling fuel type and our choice is based on;

Our wood is grown in sustainable forests
We have chosen hardwood for its low moisture content, mainly ash and oak
Our wood is kiln dried to leave a moisture content of less than 20%.
Our current stock of kiln dried wood has been approved for 9% moisture content
When testing the wood we found that it burned well in our products
Kiln dried logs are now available for sale at our showroom
